A massage tailored to treating those pesky spots that seem to not go away. With a thorough assessment, and my unique ability to find problem areas, we can pinpoint the muscles involved and treat according to their needs. This session may involve some assisted stretching and homework for you to complete in order to maximise the benefits of the massage. 

RELAXATION

The massage everyone knows and loves. A full body swedish treatment which works to calm the mind and the muscles. A blissful escape from reality, using gentle touch, meditative music, and aromatherapy to help you let go of all those lingering thoughts that occupy your mind. 

TMJ RELIEF

45 mins - $95

Using a firm, rhythmic technique, the treatment stimulates circulation, boosts oxygen flow, and releases tension held in the connective tissue and facial muscles.

It blends a range of powerful methods—including remedial massage, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, and Gua-Sha to support both facial health and appearance naturally and effectively.

The treatment is enhanced with nourishing, korean skincare, elevating its restorative effects for a deeply rejuvenating experience.

Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face, and be aware that oils used in the treatment may leave residue in your hair.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to move excess fluid and waste from the tissues back into circulation.

PREGNANCY

60 mins only - $130

Congrats Mumma, it’s not an easy task growing a human. You’re doing so well. Does your back ache, hips hurt, legs swollen? Pregnancy looks different for everyone therefore an assessment will help pinpoint those problem areas to bring you comfort and relief as well as preparing your body for labour. We have specialised pregnancy pillows to allow you to feel as comfortable as possible. 

HOT STONE
